Interesting findings from Oracle.

We all know how prevalent social media are becoming. "Just going to check my facebook..."  - where did those two hours go??

But things are moving way faster than we realise, Consumer expectations are changing. Someone wants to find out something about your company and they are likely to look to facebook for the answers. People will Google you - sure. But a growing number are expecting to find everything (and I mean everything) on facebook.

Take a look at the results:

If you're not taking care of your facebook presence then you're not taking care of your customers. It's that simple.

And the trend is set to continue with social media becoming more and more significant in consumers mind set.

You need to make sure that your company is serving this need - otherwise your competitors will get the jump on you in the social media arena.
